Ho Chi Minh City, April 22, 2025 – Danh Khoi Group Joint Stock Company (NRC) officially signed a strategic cooperation agreement with Lam Dong Pharmaceutical Joint Stock Company (LADOPHAR) – a reputable enterprise with over 40 years of experience in pharmaceutical production and herbal medicine in Vietnam.
The signing ceremony was solemnly held at NRC’s headquarters with the participation of senior leaders and key representatives from both sides. This event marks a significant milestone in NRC’s sustainable ecosystem strategy — expanding into the pharmaceuticals, medical supplies, and community healthcare sectors.
Scope of Cooperation
Development of Medicinal Material Areas:
Both parties will collaborate to establish herbal cultivation zones aligned with national development planning, ensuring quality standards and full traceability.
Research & Product Development:
Joint efforts will focus on research and development of high-value medical and commercial products.
Business & Market Development:
The two companies will jointly develop and commercialize products from herbal cultivation and pharmaceutical manufacturing — targeting NRC’s ecosystem hospitals, the domestic market, and international markets under agreed business strategies
