On January 23, 2026, NRC Pharma Co., Ltd. (NRC Pharma) – a subsidiary of NRC Corp. – and Enlie Pharmaceutical Joint Stock Company (Enlie Pharma) officially signed a comprehensive strategic cooperation agreement. This marks the beginning of a shared commitment by both parties to collaborate in development, enhance the quality of healthcare products and services, and contribute positively to community health.
The signing ceremony was attended by Mr. Trinh Van Bao – CEO of NRC Corp. and Chairman of NRC Pharma; Mr. Nguyen Bao Long – Director of NRC Pharma; Mr. An Manh Hung – CEO of Enlie Pharmaceutical Joint Stock Company; along with senior representatives from both organizations.

Key Areas of Cooperation between NRC Pharma and Enlie Pharma
Under the agreement, both parties have agreed to establish a comprehensive strategic partnership to leverage each side’s strengths and resources within their respective ecosystems. The cooperation will be implemented through specific contracts in the coming period, focusing on the following key areas:
